Refunds & returns

Our 14-day promise

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it's:

• Unworn and unused — tried on indoors is fine, but not walked outside.
• In its original packaging, with any tags still attached.

We're not able to accept returns that arrive worn, marked, or without their original box.

How to start a return

1. Email support@babyhouseshoes.com with your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Post the item back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — we recommend a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes a quick check, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing to deduct there. You'll get an email as soon as the refund is issued; your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong item

If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, that's on us — email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges & sizing

The fastest way to swap a size is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. Not sure which size to pick? Our Size Guide sizes by foot length rather than age — measuring first saves most returns.
