Last updated: 21 July 2026We ship worldwide. Prices are shown in US$ or NZ$ (toggle at the top of any page). Any import duties or taxes charged by your own country are the customer's responsibility, as we can't calculate every country's rules in advance.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included — no minimum spend.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs clearance, and remote destinations can occasionally add a few days. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5+ business days, email us and we'll chase the carrier.
Your tracking number is emailed within 1 business day of dispatch. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track My Order page, which opens live tracking via 17TRACK and works with every carrier we ship with.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can only reroute an order before it's dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we'll arrange re-shipping (re-shipping postage may apply).
